COVID-19 Dial-In Media Availability at 2 p.m. in English and 3 p.m. in Spanish Today, September 3

RALEIGH — The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) will hold two dial-in media briefings today regarding COVID-19. NCDHHS Secretary Mandy Cohen, M.D. will be available at 2 p.m. to announce a public campaign and answer questions from the media in English. Dr. Viviana Martinez-Bianchi will be available at 3 p.m. to announce the Spanish version of the campaign and answer questions from the media in Spanish.

Please see below for details on how to join the calls. Live stream video feed will be available from a pool camera for both briefings. In order to maintain social distancing guidelines and further prevent the spread of COVID-19, the media room at the State Emergency Operations Center will not be open for media to attend in person.
