As the former Executive Director of the NCGOP and a proud conservative, I have always believed in the values of freedom, innovation, and economic opportunity. Here in North Carolina, we’ve long understood that to secure our future, we need to focus on policies that drive job creation, economic growth, and responsible stewardship of our natural resources.  That’s why I am excited to celebrate North Carolina Drive Electric Week—an event that showcases how our state is at the forefront of innovation in the electric vehicle (EV) space.

Now, we’re building on that legacy by embracing the clean energy and electric vehicle industries, which are bringing new jobs and investments to our state. Our state’s business-friendly climate, coupled with a skilled workforce and strategic location in the Southeast, makes us an ideal place for companies to invest in electric vehicles and clean energy technologies.
