Chief District Court Judge Charlie Brown reappointed as chair of the North Carolina Sentencing and Policy Advisory Commission
Rowan County Chief District Court Judge Charlie Brown has been reappointed as chairman of the North Carolina Sentencing and Policy Advisory Commission by Chief Justice Paul Newby.
