Elon Poll: Most North Carolinians support mask mandate, but less worried about virus now
ELON, N.C. -- A new survey by the Elon University Poll has found broad support for the statewide mandate that masks be worn in public spaces to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus 2019, with 74 percent of the state’s residents supporting the measure recently imposed by Gov. Roy Cooper.
