Coalition sues to block North Carolina absentee-ballot directives
GREENSBORO - A federal lawsuit filed Sept. 22 asks a judge to block two North Carolina absentee-ballot directives before the Nov. 3 election, challenging rules for unsealed inner envelopes and voter signatures.
