Chief Justice Paul Newby declares third week of October 2021 as Conflict Resolution Week
Chief Justice Paul Newby has issued a judicial order declaring the third week of October (October 17-23) as Conflict Resolution Week for the Judicial Branch of the State of North Carolina. Conflict Resolution Week is intended to recognize the importance of dispute resolution to the Judicial Branch and to North Carolinians.
