Former pastor and Congressman Mark Walker officially filed to run in NC’s Sixth Congressional District amid an outpouring of support from over 40 members of Congress, sheriffs, and local leaders.
State Representative Jeffrey Elmore (R-North Wilkesboro) today officially filed his papers to run for North Carolina Lieutenant Governor. Elmore, a staunch conservative Republican, will be seeking his party’s nomination on March 5, 2024.
On Tuesday, House Majority Leader John Bell (R-Wayne) officially filed for re-election to House District 10, which encompasses northern and central Wayne County.
Raleigh, NC- Rep. Jon Hardister (R-Guilford) officially filed his candidacy with the NC State Board of Election to seek the office of NC Labor Commissioner.
CARY, N.C. - Representative Maria Cervania announced that she will run for reelection to State House District 41 in 2024. District 41 includes Morrisville, Briar Creek, and parts of Cary. She has served in this office since January of 2023.
