North Carolina ABC Commission holds regular meeting

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Commission held its regular monthly meeting by conference call on July 8, 2020 and ratified 66 hearing cases that resulted in penalties in excess of $79,200 and/or imposition of suspensions of permits for three days or more. Fines are due July 31,2020, and suspensions begin August 7, 2020.

The ABC Commission confirmed that the regular monthly meeting scheduled for August 12, 2020 will be held by conference call.

The Commission approved an exemption request pursuant to §18B1116(b) for Gia Distillery, Inc. T/A Gia Distillery; Nonno Nino Winery, LLC T/A Nonno Nino Winery; Mark Sorrells and Salvatore Giamo.
