Gov. Cooper Signs Sen. Jarvis’ Bill Cutting Red Tape for Small Construction Projects

Raleigh, N.C. –Sen. Steve Jarvis (R-Davidson) released the following statement on Gov. Roy Cooper signing Senate Bill 329 into law:

“Our businesses need the flexibility to make necessary improvements without having to wade through bureaucratic red tape and unnecessary paperwork.
